Operator Event Pricing

Vast Conference operators will answer calls and greet guests, monitor line quality and provide technical assistance if ever needed. Two pieces of participant information will be collected, staff can place outbound calls, and perform participant roll calls. You only focus on the content of your call!

You’ll have a lead event moderator that remains on the call to introduce speakers, conduct attendee polls, manage Question and Answer sessions, and offer assistance throughout the call, no matter how long it is with Premium Operator-Assisted conference calls.

Use this enhanced service for automated calls. Participants will register ahead of time and receive a unique PIN to join the call. This gives you a more accurate headcount ahead of your actual event and gets your callers in quickly, while still allowing you to gather information from them ahead of time.

Participants dial-in, enter a queue, and are welcomed by event staff. They’re asked for their event password and any requisite information before joining. This is a perfect option for when you want your attendees to be formally greeted by an operator as they join the call and virtually escorted into the event.

This join flow will provide a simple, fast option for entering the call. Users enter a one-time event passcode for an instant entry that is generated at the time of booking your reservation. Your lead moderator will still join the green room with presenters and manage the event flow and details from start to finish.

In some cases, smaller events may benefit from having some, or all, of your participants, called directly at the start time. Our event staff can dial out to each and join them into the call. One example of this service offering would be a legal proceeding where a judge or court will require they be dialed directly.
