Integrated HD Audio

Vast Conference gives you the flexibility to get work done from wherever you want. You can join the audio portion of your online meeting with integrated PC audio or connect by phone using dial-in or dial me options.

At the start of your meeting, you’ll choose the method. If you select join by PC audio, you’ll select your microphone and speaker options here.

If joining by phone, click here and you’ll be presented with your conference call dial-in information to call in when you’re ready or just enter your direct dial number here and Vast Conference will call you.

Once in the meeting, the gear icon is where you’ll find all your settings. Here you can change your audio devices, set custom conference settings, password protect your meeting, and more.

During your meeting if you need to mute yourself or the entire conference, click here to do so.

And when you’re ready to either hang up your line or end the entire meeting, click on the red phone icon here.

And that’s how you’ll join the audio portion of your web meeting. Until next time…
