How do I start a video conference?
Video conferencing can be managed with a click of a button. Before the meeting, choose and test your audio and video preferences. Toggle the video option to on. When you are in a meeting you can also start or stop video by clicking the video icon in the toolbar at any time.
Can I video conference with multiple participants?
Yes. Invite multiple attendees to your meeting. Video conferencing is a great way to connect face to face. Choose which participants you want to view. And scroll through additional meeting participants in the thumbnail carousel.
Can I screen share on a video conference?
Yes, online meeting features are available while on a video conference. You can screen share, chat, file transfer and record the video for future use.
Can I record a video conference?
Recording your video conference is as simple as clicking the Record button on the toolbar when you begin your session. Click again to stop recording.
Screen Sharing
What does this screen sharing do?
This is the fastest online meeting service designed for you to share your screen with meeting participants. Your attendees can view your screen in real-time from any browser without having to install anything. There’s no Flash, Java or ActiveX required.
Is it available cross-platform?
Yes. Our screen sharing service can be used on Windows and Mac. Meeting attendees can join using any popular web browser today.
How many can join a screen sharing session?
The capacity of your online meeting will depend on your selected plan. There are capacities of 15, 25, 50 and 300 attendees depending on your service subscription.
Do I need to reserve or set up time?
You can host meetings as often as you like and at any time. You can schedule your meetings in advance by email and calendar or start an impromptu meeting instantly.
How do I invite people to join my meeting?
Click the “invite” icon from the menu bar to copy the meeting link or a full meeting invite to your clipboard. You can then paste it into an IM or email. You can also create email and calendar invites using your choice of calendar integration. Meetings are easy to join with just one click since there’s no download needed.
How do I share my screen?
Sharing your screen is simple. Just click the play button when you are ready to begin sharing your screen with attendees. Choose the app or file you want to share. A notification will confirm that you are sharing. The play button will change to a pause button. Click the pause button to stop sharing your screen.
How do I access my conferencing information?
Click the telephone icon to pull up your conference call information including all the international access numbers available to you and your callers. See our international conference call access and rates.
Can I message and send files to participants?
Yes. Click on the chat bubble icon to open the participant pane. You can message the group or individual attendees. To add a file, click Send File or drag and drop the file into the input field.

What are the system requirements for attendees?
Attendees need only a web browser and Internet connection to join. A broadband connection is optimal.
