What is the Vast Conference Outlook Plugin used for?
It is a conference call plugin for Outlook that adds two buttons to your “Home” ribbon giving you instant access to create a conference call invite via template email or calendar appointment. It will automatically populate your invite with necessary conference call details formatted perfectly.

What if I haven’t been assigned a conference code?
A user in a Vast Conference account needs to have a conference code assigned to them so the templates can automatically populate with your conference details. If you have been added as a user but do not yet have a code assigned to you, please contact the admin of your account and ask them to make this assignment for you. Once that’s been done, try logging back in.
